The Peruvians Knew What They Were Doing

When it comes to classic Peruvian dishes, Lomo Saltado is at the top of the list. While probably not created with this intention, is there a better late-night drinking food than strips of steak, onions, tomatoes, spices, and yesterday’s homemade French Fries all mixed together? The Peruvians definitely knew what they were doing with this one. I fried the potatoes and Justin did the rest. Served with customary white rice. This is not for the low-carb folks.
