Holmdel’s Best Market continues to have amazing deals on filet mignon—one pack yielded four four-ounce medallions for a mere $8.99. I cooked them with a crunchy salt and pepper crust, homemade steak fries, and my damn near famous bacon-bourbon Brussels Sprouts. It was an excellent meal that did not break the bank.
