What do you do when your friend gives you a jar of homemade pickled cherry peppers? Use them on some Pork Chop Murphy! This hybrid version included baked breaded pork chops topped with sauteed cherry peppers, onions, garlic, and a splash of tomato sauce. This was the spiciest rendition I’ve ever made, which I served with horseradish mashed potatoes.
