When I couldn’t decide between a true Martini and a Gibson, and went with both olives and pickled onions. I sent this picture to a friend of mine who is a bartender, and he responded with, “That’s a gin salad!” I liked the name and will probably use it going forward. I don’t like cucumber, but if I did, I suppose I could have added a slice of that too! Hey, if its a salad, it has to be healthy.
