To all my followers, I announce an end to Eating New Jersey. While my food and cooking adventures will still be documented on my Instagram (@the_hungry_historian) this actual blog has outlived its purpose. I started this five years ago to review restaurants and COVID turned this into more of a platform to feature my own cooking, as restaurant visits are few and far between for me now. I can do that on Instagram, as well as feature restaurants there for half the work. I have enjoyed this “break” from eating out, as it has made me cook and experiment with new dishes more now than ever before in my life. My wallet also enjoys it too! For those that already follow my Instagram, nothing will change since almost everything there ends up here a few days later anyway. All posts and reviews will remain visible on this blog indefinitely. Thank you all for your readership and keep on cooking!
