We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Below are our highlights: Mom made the turkey, gravy, stuffed mushrooms, and artichokes. Justin did the sausage stuffing and cast-iron biscuits which we have featured on this blog before. I took care of the mashed potatoes and bacon Brussels Sprouts.





And of course, mom’s leftover stuffing frittata which we enjoyed the next day, and probably for several days to come:

Beautiful! Stuffing frittata is a great idea, im scheming on using up the last of the dressing, gravy, turkey, and expiring spinach in a pot pie tonight, fingers crossed

Belated Happy Thanksgiving to you…..and upcoming Happy Holidays as well! We always enjoy your blog, thanks very much for sharing it with us. 👍🏼for the bacon Brussels sprouts 😀. (one of these days soon, we’ll have those scallops as you advised/encouraged us several months ago —- haven’t forgotten that)
