
I was at Whole Lot of Bagels in Middletown the other day, and I ordered an everything bagel to go. I was told that they were all out, but that they did have everything flagels. I figured I would just go with that. It ended up being more than a worthy replacement. It was flattened perfectly, baked to a slight crisp around the edges, and loaded with toppings. It was so thin that I could not cut it in half and had to settle to slathering butter right on top (after heating it in the oven for a few minutes).
