Well, easy for me to say since I did not make these. Justin found a recipe for cast iron skillet biscuits that required no resting of the dough. Just mix the ingredients, knead, and bake. In a little more than a half hour, we had these amazing freshly-made biscuits from start to finish. The house smelled like a bakery.
