Oktoberfest Dinner

Last night, we had Oktoberfest in my house. There was Chicken Schnitzel using my mom’s spice and breading recipes, mushroom gravy, and German potato salad. I also sautéed some asparagus just to get some green on the plate because parsley does not count. A relatively quick and easy meal that we do at some point every October. Now, get ready for a week of spooky non-food images as we count down to Halloween!
