Justin has been doing all the baking of late, so I figured it was time to create something myself. I baked a Cinnamon Sugar Apple Cake using this recipe from Pinch of Yum. I followed it exactly and it came out perfect—moist on the inside, crisp on the outside. With so many flawed recipes on the internet (most of them, I would say, in varying degrees), I always get excited and breathe a sigh of relief when I make one that requires no modification.
