Having mastered Julia Child’s Beef Bourguignon two months ago, Justin gave her Coq Au Vin a try the other night. This is essentially the chicken version of the previous dish, with a similar recipe. There is, however, a lot less cooking time since this is done entirely on the stove and does not require moving it into the oven. Justin butchered a whole chicken for this meal, and it was worth it for the incredibly rich flavor.
