This past weekend, we had Greek night which consisted of the appetizers above along with mom’s Pastichio pictured below. While it is one of my favorite dishes that she makes, for years, I have found it difficult to photograph because depending on how you scoop it out of the pan, it sometimes falls apart. Well, after a long time trying, I think I finally captured its deliciousness. I made sauteed spinach to go on the side since we needed something green…besides the olives.
