There’s a lot on this plate: crab cakes which my mom made and formed (and I fried!), mashed potatoes, a simple spinach and red onion salad with lemon vinaigrette, and some frizzled zucchini done for kicks in the air fryer. But what brought it all together? That sauce you see drizzled on top. It has only three magical ingredients, all of which you probably have on hand: equal parts mayo and sriracha, and just a squeeze of lime juice. I made enough to fill a squirt bottle and used it over the next few days, putting that sh*t on everything as they say. Why buy it when you can make it yourself?
