Everyone knows I have no patience for baking, which is why this no-yeast, no-knead soda bread from Jacques Pepin is so perfect. The quickest [and least frustrating] thing I’ve ever baked. As shown in a video on his Facebook a few weeks ago, I was literally done with the dough before the oven finished heating. It tasted great and was very crusty. Always nice to know you are an hour away from fresh-baked bread.
