Photo of the Day: May 23, 2020

Chicken Sorrentino. Lots of steps, but really quite simple. Sautéed chicken after a quick dredging in flour is topped with roasted eggplant, prosciutto, mozzarella, and pecorino romano in a blush tomato sauce. Served over rigatoni.
