A mom-requested, mom-approved Chicken Marsala over rigatoni. I need to personally recommend this recipe, because with blog recipes becoming increasingly inaccurate (and sometimes careless), it was nice to find one that is spot-on. While I did not use thyme as called for and substituted sweet vermouth for the Marsala (its what I had on-hand, and I enjoy it better anyway), everything else was followed to a T. Give it a try.
