We found this recipe for Green Chili Chana on YouTube, and to say it is one of the best dishes we have ever created in our kitchen would be an understatement. Prepared with an Indo-Chinese influence, you will recognize flavors and textures ranging across both continents. This multi-step process began by giving the chick peas two coats of corn starch and then deep frying them. After that, they were added to a sauce with diced green chilies, garlic, onion, soy sauce, Chinese chili-garlic sauce, and ketchup. It was everything you could ask for in a side dish.
