I was in search of whiskey to bring to our “Music at the Mansion” concert series at the Strauss Mansion Museum last month. The liquor store was out of regular sized bottles of Jack Daniel’s (how is that possible???). I picked up this bottle of Pendleton Canadian Whiskey, intrigued, and was told that it has been very popular of late and was at a similar price point to Jack. It was one of the better Canadian whiskeys I’ve had, though I probably would not buy it again.
