We were saddened to see the closing of Philly’s Famous Cheesesteaks in Atlantic Highlands early last month after a 10 year run. I worked there for three months in 2015 when I was in need of some extra work in the spring to get me through to my summer camps. I had some fun times in the kitchen with my friend Hunter who has contributed numerous guest posts to this blog.
