Perhaps the best order of “Disco Fries” I’ve ever had—and I have eaten this quintessential Garden State diner snack all over the place. Ordered up at The Globe in Red Bank following a performance of The Nutcracker last weekend. These are not actually on the menu: ask for their curly fries with cheese and gravy.
