I was called into action a few hours before the Meerwald (pictured yesterday) set sail on an evening dinner cruise in partnership with the museum. Some hors d’ouevres needed prepping. Pictured is my creation. While my friend Lynn made the crab salad topping, I was tasked with cutting the cucumbers into 80 thin slices and then plating it up. She also made those cute lobster cookies. I’m not a fan of cucumber at all, but this is the perfect light appetizer for a summer night.
