Photo of the Day: February 20, 2018

Preparing to make homemade garlic butter. I used a recipe from my friend Walter that could not be any easier. Let two sticks of butter soften at room temperature, add a half a head of garlic and some fresh chopped parsley, and mash it all together with a fork. After that, let it rest in the fridge for a few days to release all of that garlic flavor.
