Angeline (1 Borgata Way)

Located inside of the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, the menu here features Sicilian inspiration. It’s Michael Symon’s newest restaurant in Atlantic City, and it’s definitely making a splash. The Iron Chef knows what he’s doing! We love the contemporary, stylish interior with wooden accents. Don’t fill up on the fresh bread and olive oil at the start of the meal!

Olon (2831 Boardwalk)

This is one of the restaurants opened up by Jose Garces in spring of 2017, the second being Okatshe. They can both be found inside of the Tropicana! Olon is named after a sea-side town in the country of Ecuador, and the decor definitely reflects that. We love the open atmosphere of the breezy dining room and the fresh ceviche options.

Okatshe (2831 Boardwalk)

Don’t miss out on another Jose Garces creation in Tropicana! This restaurant is inspired by traditional Japanese small plates, or izakaya. As you can imagine, the sushi rolls are unbelievably creative here. From five spice ribs to bacon wrapped asparagus, there’s a lot to tempt you here. Finish up your meal with a bit of mochi, it’s the perfect dessert.
