Looking for a quick and easy snack/appetizer? Then try this “Greek Stacker” which I concocted a couple of months ago. The bottom is a cube of a stuffed grape leaf (roughly a third of one), topped with a piece of feta cheese, and either a Kalamata or green olive. The result is mostly salty and slightly creamy and bitter. Just do yourself a favor and slice the grape leaf and feta when cold—makes it so much easier.
